Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal government construction management system implementation. The role includes virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, and contractors across multiple locations.

The facilitator will ensure participants gain required knowledge and skills, support change management, and collaborate with Training and Program Managers to meet training objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; travel may be required.
• 3 years of related experience; travel frequency contingent on duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training per lesson plans and guidelines.
• Respond to questions and guide participants during training.
• Maintain engagement and manage classrooms effectively.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion.
• Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements to training delivery and materials.
• Represent the training team with government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
