Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal government client. You will conduct sessions both virtually and in person, working with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure adoption of a new construction management system.

The role requires strong facilitation, classroom management, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change across multiple locations. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency varies by project.
• Experience in delivering instructor-led software or enterprise system training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training per approved lesson plans and materials.
• Respond to questions and provide functional guidance during training.
• Maintain classroom engagement and effective management throughout sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team professionally with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels and support change management during CMP deployment.
