Job summary

BakerRipley in Houston seeks a Training and Development Assistant to coordinate and facilitate training programs for staff and new hires. You will schedule sessions, book venues, and ensure resources are aligned with organizational goals.

The role includes developing training materials, tracking progress, and using the LMS to maintain content and compliance. 3–4 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in training and development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules and logistics, including venues and equipment.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars in-person and virtually.
• Develop training materials and supporting resources for learning objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvements.
• Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage BakerRipley’s and Workforce Solutions’ learning management systems.
