Job summary

BakerRipley’s workforce development team is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to empower staff and programs through high-impact learning experiences. You will design and deliver training strategies in partnership with Workforce Solutions and SNAP E&T, coordinating in-person and virtual sessions while developing compelling materials.

You will manage learning systems, track outcomes, and continuously refine programs based on feedback and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, business administration, or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering high-impact training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative training strategies to equip staff.
• Coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
