SGS Consulting is seeking a Training Specialist to support learning plan management and data processing in Cornerstone LMS. You will handle requests, run reports, and assist learners, serving as initial contact and escalating issues as needed.

You will work closely with internal customers and the learning team to manage curricula, observers, and performance data, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in line with GMP documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Requires AS/BS/BA in Education, Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Engineering.
• Or 6 years working in a customer service environment.
• Or a combination of college coursework and related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist with learning plan management and processing requests in Cornerstone LMS.
• Interact with internal clients and learning team to add/remove assignments, observers, curricula, and run reports.
• Provide initial point of contact for requests and handle basic inquiries and simple issue troubleshooting.
• Escalate mid-complex issues to higher level for remediation.
• Execute Cornerstone transactions via Cornerstone Admin role and Reporting 2.0.
• Perform routine file management of GMP training records per document standards.
• Process routine data entry of GMP training records to ensure timely processing.
• Assess and apply training and curriculum standards to requests.
• Provide support to learners conducting web-based training and answer navigation questions.
• Manage and interpret complex spreadsheets and high data volumes.
• Solve problems creatively based on standards and procedures.
• Facilitate training and assist with other business needs.
