Saronic Technologies is seeking a Cornerstone Administrator to own configuration, permissions, and release management for their LMS stack. You will manage integrations, troubleshooting, and reporting to support enterprise training and compliance.

The role requires hands-on Cornerstone administration, the ability to work part‑time, and to document work for a clean handoff at engagement end. Collaboration with IT and L&D is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on enterprise LMS administration (config, permissions, reporting).
• Cornerstone (CSOD) administration including security roles, release management, and reports.
• Experience troubleshooting LMS integrations (HRIS feeds, SSO).
• Knowledge of SCORM/AICC; diagnose tracking and completion issues.
• Ability to work part‑time independently and document handoffs.
• Strong written communication to explain constraints to non‑tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Cornerstone configuration, security roles, OU structure, and system settings.
• Manage releases, test changes, and communicate actions to L&D.
• Troubleshoot platform integrations, HRIS feeds, SSO, and partner with IS.
• Build and maintain standard and custom Cornerstone reports and dashboards.
• Maintain system documentation and provide handoff-ready artifacts.
