AccruePartners seeks an experienced LMS Administrator to support enterprise technical training initiatives. You will act as a Cornerstone LMS expert, configuring, maintaining, validating, and reporting to ensure accurate delivery and tracking.

You will partner with training leaders, instructors, and stakeholders, owning system changes, QA, and documentation while supporting SharePoint portals and related e-learning tools to optimize employee development and compliance programs.

Formación

• 5+ years of LMS administration or equivalent experience.
• Associate's degree or higher required.
• Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System in admin capacity.
• Cornerstone LMS configuration, maintenance, validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience as an LMS Administrator, LMS Analyst, or Training Systems Specialist.
• Experience performing LMS testing and QA for enhancements or changes.
• Ability to translate user needs into effective system solutions.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tooling.
• Experience with SharePoint and content portals is beneficial.
• Familiarity with e‑learning tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as LMS subject matter expert and super user for enterprise training.
• Own LMS configuration changes, validation, maintenance, and reporting.
• Collaborate with training leaders and stakeholders to improve processes.
• Develop and deliver custom LMS reports and analytics on completion and outcomes.
• Support SharePoint sites and internal training portals.
• Assist in documentation and best-practice guidance for LMS usage.
