Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. This role offers outdoor work, teamwork, and ongoing growth in the traffic control industry.

Flagger Force dispatches flaggers from home to sites across the eastern United States, providing hands-on experience and advancement opportunities. Starting pay is $16.50–$19.30 per hour with yearly overtime, paid training, and leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle; employees must drive themselves to/from job sites.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements; MVR Review is required.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance – stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles daily, lift 30-50 lbs, work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6” tall.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
• Help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones.
