Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. Flaggers are dispatched from home to job sites across the eastern United States, offering flexibility and a clear path to leadership.

Responsibilities include setting up safe traffic control zones, guiding traffic, and collaborating with crews to ensure safety and efficiency. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid drivers license, and be prepared for outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Available Monday60Friday, 6:00 AM start.
• Physical endurance: stand 8 hours, walk 1 miles/day, lift 300 lbs.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Steel-toe/composite-toe boots required.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work with a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
