Flagger Force is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. Flaggers are dispatched from home to job sites across the eastern United States, offering flexibility and growth through safety-driven culture.

As a Traffic Control Flagger, you’ll set up and maintain safe work zones, guide traffic, and support Crew Leaders. This essential role promotes public safety and provides opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driverf license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability MondayFriday (as early as 6AM late afternoon).
• Physical endurance Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6" in height.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry
