Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones across the eastern United States. Flaggers are dispatched from home to job sites, offering flexibility and a path to leadership roles.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and growth with paid training and advancement opportunities, including potential Crew Leader positions within 30-90 days. Excellent benefits and travel opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability Monday-Friday (as early as 6AM - late afternoon).
• Physical endurance - stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles/day, lift 30-50 lbs, outdoor work in various conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots (6" height).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
