Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to guide traffic in work zones and support Crew Leaders. The role is outdoor, fast-paced, with daily variation and a focus on safety.

Flaggers are dispatched from home to sites across the eastern U.S., providing flexibility and real hands-on experience in traffic control. Starting pay is $16.50 to $18.50 per hour with a $500 promotional bonus and advancement opportunities to Crew Leader within 30–90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
• Ability to drive to and from job sites; ride-sharing not allowed.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6 AM).
• Physical stamina to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians and clients.
• Collaborate with crew to ensure safety and efficiency on sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
