Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to guide traffic safely in active work zones and support Crew Leaders. Flaggers are dispatched from home to job sites across the eastern United States, offering advancement into leadership roles and a path to more responsibilities.

You’ll participate in in-house training, earn overtime opportunities, and receive a promotional bonus while helping protect communities and infrastructure. This essential role supports public safety daily.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• MVR review as part of the application process.
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM).
• Physical endurance: stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles daily, lift 30–50 lbs, outdoor work.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots, 6" height.
• Approved two-way radios.

Mansioni

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
