Coastal Elite Pro in Toledo, OH is seeking a Traffic Control and Site Safety Technician to set up and dismantle cones, signs, and barricades while guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles. The role emphasizes safety, clear communication with team members, and remaining alert around moving traffic.

Work is outdoors in all weather, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and emergencies. Training is provided, with safety certifications; compensation ranges from $16.50 to $17.25 per hour plus

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outside for long periods.
• Capacity to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and variable weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-hire screening including a drug test.
