Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team in the United States. The role offers on-site work with training provided to ensure safety and skill development.

No prior experience or degree is required, and you will learn on the job while contributing to site safety. Responsibilities include setting up barriers, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintaining equipment.

Role Overview

The position involves working as a Traffic Safety Protector, supporting team efforts at job sites with no prior experience or degree required. Training is provided to ensure safety and skill development.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades
• Guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles and monitoring site activity
• Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining clean and safe vehicles and equipment
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions, sometimes during nights or weekends
• Standing or walking for extended periods and lifting 40–50 pounds

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $16.50 to $17.25 with overtime opportunities
