Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Franklin, Tennessee is hiring a Traffic Control Associate to work with a field crew on various job sites. No prior experience or degree is required because comprehensive training is provided.

You will set up cones, signs and barricades, operate stop/slow paddles, and ensure safety protocols while guiding traffic. The role is outdoor and weather dependent; you must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and pass pre‑hire screening.

Qualifications
