Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to manage traffic control at various job sites. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, and guide traffic with stop/slow paddles while ensuring safety procedures are followed.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, with flexible night, weekend, or emergency shifts and potential long hours standing.

Qualifications

Role Overview

The position involves working as a Traffic Safety Protector, ensuring safety at job sites by setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintaining equipment. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The role emphasizes adherence to safety protocols, effective communication with team members, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities include assisting with safety equipment, staying alert around traffic, and supporting team operations. Flexibility for night, weekend, or emergency shifts is expected, with the possibility of long hours standing or walking.

Compensation & Opportunities

Pay ranges from $18.36 to $20.07 per hour with potential overtime and pay increases within the first year. Benefits include paid training, traffic safety certification, referral bonuses, and eligibility for advancement to senior, lead, field supervisor, or management roles.
