Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to set up cones, signs, and barricades at job sites and guide traffic with stop/slow paddles. You will help maintain safety protocols, communicate with team members and supervisors, and ensure vehicles and equipment are clean and secure.

This outdoor role operates in all weather, often requires standing or walking for extended periods, and may include night, weekend, or emergency shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40-50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and adverse weather.
• Flexibility with scheduling and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-hire screening, including drug testing.
• Alertness around moving traffic and adherence to safety rules.

Role Overview

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $18.36 to $20.07, with overtime opportunities
