Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro seeks a Traffic Safety Protector to assist with traffic control at job sites, ensuring proper setup of cones, signs, and barricades. You will guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, monitor activity, and maintain safe, clean equipment.

No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided. Daily tasks include setting up and dismantling devices, following safety protocols, and communicating effectively with teammates in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 40-50 pounds, and work outside.
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test.
• Stay alert around moving traffic and demonstrate respect for all.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay between $16.50-$17.25, with overtime and pay increases
