The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, standing or walking for extended periods, and lifting 40-50 pounds.

Flexibility for different shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergency work, is essential.

Personal protective gear such as hard hats, goggles, vests, walkie-talkies, and weather gear are provided; steel toe boots are required.
