Job summary

Trillium is seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to keep our trading infrastructure running smoothly in Midtown NYC. You will act as the link between traders and the technical support team, triaging issues, configuring workstations, and maintaining records in the ticketing system.

In this on-site role, you will support trader applications, manage floor logistics, and participate in prioritization meetings to ensure prompt resolution and optimal performance for our US equities and options trading

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT, CIS, CS, or related field.
Experience in tech support or IT help desk preferred.
Trading/financial services exposure a plus.
Strong problem-solving, organized, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for trader technical inquiries.
Troubleshoot and escalate IT issues affecting traders.
Assemble and configure new trader workstations.
Audit system performance across trader machines.
Manage trading floor seating and workstation relocations.
Maintain records in internal ticketing system.
Attend feature prioritization meetings.
Provide troubleshooting and escalation support for proprietary trading applications.
