East End Resources in Manhattan is seeking a Trading Operations Engineer to provide technical operations support for US and UK desks. This role sits on the trading desk and collaborates with developers to maintain trading applications.

The position is fully in-person at our New York HQ with occasional travel to London; you will be the first point of contact for traders and will handle incident management and application monitoring.

Job description

Trading Operations Engineer to provide technical operations support for US and UK based desks. This individual is part of the firm’s Technology division but sits on the trading desk and is embedded in the technical operations processes of the firm.

The task set is roughly split evenly between desk facing activities and light coding tasks often in collaboration with full time development staff.

This fully in-person role is based at the firm’s Manhattan headquarters but occasional travel to London should be expected.
