Job summary

Millennium Management LLC seeks a Trade Floor Support Engineer to be the first line of contact for trading desks, delivering hands‑on technical support for Windows, VDI/Citrix, and network connectivity to keep market operations running smoothly.

You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, with ITIL practices and incident management. Requires 5+ years enterprise support in financial services and familiarity with Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, and ICE APIs. Night/weekend shifts apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise technical support in finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow
• Experience with market data platforms (Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, ICE)
• Strong mobile/remote access experience and certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Interface with trading business units to ensure the support team meets business needs
• Provide hands-on technical support to end users in Windows, VDI/Citrix, and office apps
• Proactively communicate issue status and resolutions to stakeholders
• Leverage ITIL processes (Incidents, Changes, CMDB) to manage workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktop tech, networks, and data centers
• Assist with server/data center support as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives
