Qualifications

• A college degree and/or 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Learn and retain in-depth knowledge of proprietary support tools and trading software.
• Client service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; well organized.
• Self-driven and proactive about asking for help.
• Highly flexible; champion of change.
• Mentor interns while fostering engagement, teamwork and communication.
• Monitor and support equity/options trade lifecycle from execution to settlement.
• Previous financial industry or options experience a plus.
• Verify trade accuracy and investigate discrepancies across systems.
• Support traders with trade allocations, corrections, and position adjustments.
• Conduct daily P&L and position reconciliations; explain variances.
• Escalate production issues affecting trading systems or connectivity.
• Assist with corporate actions, expirations, assignments, and exercises.
• Partner with technology teams to troubleshoot trading platform issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Certifications/licenses are pluses (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• In-office role working with technology and trading staff, in person.
• Within 1 month: orientation and training on tools and interfaces, shadowing trades.
• Within 3 months: verify trade accuracy, perform reconciliations, assist with allocations and adjustments, document updates.
• Within 6 months: troubleshoot complex issues, mentor interns, drive process improvements.
