Job summary

You will oversee user accounts, access permissions, and the maintenance of collaboration platforms.

You will also use scripting to automate routine tasks, evaluate new software, and contribute to ongoing IT operations improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills are required.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 and Office/Exchange is essential.
• Experience with SCCM/MEMCM, PowerShell, and device management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support for corporate office and trading floor users.
• Set up, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, device provisioning, VPN access, and permissions.
• Support conference room technology and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).
• Perform hardware installations and troubleshoot issues.
• Automate recurring support tasks and contribute to process improvements.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies for internal use.
