Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Trades Sales Specialist for San Francisco, CA to drive top-line revenue across DEWALT, STANLEY, CRAFTSMAN and other brands. You will build key end-user partnerships, mentor local teams on end-user development, and coordinate marketing initiatives with Channel Marketing.

The role requires 3+ years in construction supplies sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and travel up to 50% within the territory. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing for construction supplies.
• Proven track record selling to high-level executives and jobsite directors.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within territory.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals for the brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with end-user partners through solutions and contracts.
• Mentor local market team on end-user development and purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing to execute marketing initiatives.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM and report successes and learnings.
