Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Trades Sales Specialist for the San Francisco, CA area. This remote role is part of the Commercial Construction field sales team, focusing on DEWALT, STANLEY, CRAFTSMAN brands and end-user partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in construction sales or marketing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% within the territory. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of Sales or Marketing experience in Construction Supplies is expected.

Mansioni

• Achieve top-line sales targets based on local market goals for DEWALT, STANLEY, CRAFTSMAN brands.
• Develop and maintain relationships with end-user partners and manage user contracts.
• Mentor local market team on End User development and purchasing processes.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to coordinate marketing initiatives.
