Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Trades Sales Specialist for the San Francisco area to drive sales of DEWALT and related brands, building strong end-user partnerships and managing contracts and programs within the territory.

This remote role supports a national market with extensive travel up to 50% as needed, leveraging CRM tools to optimize sales processes. You will mentor local teams, coordinate with channel marketing, and utilize your experience in construction supplies to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
3+ years of Sales or Marketing experience in Construction Supplies with success selling to executives and jobsite directors.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals.
Establish and maintain key relationships with end-user partners and manage contracts and programs.
Teach and mentor local market teams on End User development and purchasing processes.
Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
Maintain and use Salesforce.com as CRM and planning tool to communicate successes and failures.
