Job summary

You’ll mentor local teams, coordinate with Channel Marketing, and use Salesforce for planning. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in construction sales are required, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for construction supplies with proven results.
• Experience selling to C-suite, jobsite directors and high-level executives preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets for DEWALT, STANLEY, CRAFTSMAN and related brands.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with end-user partners and programs.
• Teach and mentor local market teams on End User development and purchasing processes.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and use Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool.
• Communicate successes and failures to streamline future efforts with key accounts.
