Job summary

Northstar Travel Group is seeking contract-based trade show and event operations professionals to support various events nationwide. Work from anywhere and travel to U.S. cities for on-site setup, show days, and move-out.

You’ll handle pre-event coordination remotely and coordinate with exhibitors, vendors, and venue partners. You’ll respond to exhibitor inquiries, assist with floor plans, signage, AV, and other logistics, and ensure smooth operations on event days.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade shows, conferences, or exhibition operations.
• Ability to support exhibitors and work on an active exhibit floor.
• Knowledge of floor plans, signage, AV, electrical, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Respond to exhibitor inquiries and support pre-event operational needs.
• Provide on-site support during setup, show days, and move-out as needed.
• Serve as an on-site point of contact delivering strong customer service to exhibitors.
• Support exhibit floor operations and assist exhibitors with booth locations, floor plans, electrical/outlet needs, AV, and other show logistics.
• Assist with signage/sponsorship deliverables; troubleshoot installation or production issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, venue teams, and show labor to resolve operational issues quickly.
