Job summary

Global Experience Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Department at the office and at show sites. The role focuses on Tradeshow Production, Freight, Electrical & Safety support and requires travel across the US.

You will handle union payroll submissions, assist with payroll issues, process show-related paperwork, and provide admin support for safety and loss prevention. A hybrid work environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of Tradeshow industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible schedule and variable shifts for show schedules.
• Travel to North-East facilities and other US locations.
• Ability to work on busy tradeshow floors and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize and submit Union Payroll at showsite by deadlines.
• Assist Payroll Dept & Union laborer for payroll issues.
• Scan small package deliveries at show site.
• Submit labor tracking information accurately and timely.
• Assist with Union New Hire paperwork.
• Provide admin support for Loss Prevention & Safety at showsite.
• Enter Bill Of Lading information into GES system.
• Enter COIs and communicate noncompliance to exhibitors.
