Extension, Inc. is seeking a Tradeshow Marketing Specialist to coordinate national and regional trade shows, handling logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and on-site operations from planning through completion.

This contract, full-time hybrid role requires 2+ years in event coordination or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and travel as needed. The position is based near Ripon, WI with on-site and logistics responsibilities.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in trade shows, event coordination, logistics, project coordination, or marketing operations
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Experience managing vendors, coordinating schedules, and handling multiple projects
• Familiarity with freight, shipping, convention centers, or trade show operations preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
• Must live within approximately 50 miles of Ripon, WI

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate trade show planning, logistics, and execution from start to finish
• Manage relationships with vendors, show organizers, convention centers, and exhibit partners
• Coordinate booth setup, teardown, freight, shipping, and equipment deliveries
• Organize employee travel, hotel accommodations, staffing schedules, and event timelines
• Track budgets, expenses, vendor invoices, and project deadlines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors during events
• Manage post-event reporting, expense reconciliation, and inventory organization
