Job summary

GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Department both in the office and on show sites. You will perform key administrative duties related to Tradeshow Production, Freight, Electrical, and Safety support.

Responsibilities include payroll processing coordination, labor tracking, and vendor/paperwork management while ensuring deadlines are met. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel to facilities regionally and

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• College graduate preferred; high school diploma required.
• Knowledge of tradeshow industry preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to show schedules.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays; hybrid hours 8:00–16:30.

Responsibilities

• Review union payroll at showsite and submit by deadlines.
• Assist Payroll Dept & union laborer with payroll issues.
• Process and scan small package deliveries at showsite.
• Submit labor tracking information accurately and timely.
• Complete union new hire paperwork.
• Provide administrative support for loss prevention and safety at showsite.
• Enter insurance certificates and notify exhibitors of noncompliance.
