Crate & Barrel in Atlanta seeks a Team Leader, Trade to energize the sales floor, mentor associates, and drive daily sales results under the Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade.

You will coach, develop staff, monitor performance, and ensure top-notch service while balancing product knowledge, operations, and loss prevention guidelines. This role requires a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to spend significant time on the sales floor coaching and assisting customers.

Mansioni

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on exceptional performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department.
• Support development for the designated team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide timely feedback about performance directly to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Partner with the Assistant Store Leader to train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, and customer service.
• Understand company systems, policies and procedures including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
• Focus on promoting sales as they pertain to, or are driven by, position and acting as Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Communicate regularly with the Assistant Store Leader to review business results and customer feedback.
