Job summary

CB2 seeks a Team Leader, Trade to energize the salesfloor in Atlanta and guide a designated team under the Assistant Store Leader. You will mentor staff, coach performance, and ensure top-tier customer service daily.

In this role you’ll train teams on product knowledge, selling, and store policies, while ensuring loss prevention and safety guidelines are followed. A strong leader with flexible hours will succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablets
• Full-Time roles require open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined with the Assistant Store Leader
• Coach associates on exceptional performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department/work area
• Support all aspects of performance and development for the designated team to encourage professional growth
• Provide specific and timely feedback about performance to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader
• Partner with the Assistant Store Leader to train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures
• Understand and follow company systems, policies and procedures including loss prevention, security and safety guidelines
• Promote sales while acting as Leader On Duty (LOD)
• Communicate regularly with the Assistant Store Leader to review business results and associate performance
• Ensure all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service with clear expectations and example behaviors
