Job summary

You will partner with Store Leader to manage scheduling, payroll, audits, and continuous improvement, mentoring your team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Store Leader, manage workload and ensure execution of plans across the store.
• Align with the management team on store goals, the company mission and initiatives for all associates.
• Partner with the Store Leader to establish and communicate key metrics across sales, operations, safety, payroll and training.
• Analyze reporting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly to inform sales, productivity and budget decisions.
• Promote sales and act as Leader on Duty (LOD) as required.
• Communicate with management on sales, customer feedback and associate training/performance; participate in weekly store walks.
• Collaborate with direct reports to promote customer experience and teamwork safely and efficiently.
• Coach and develop all store associates to foster professional growth and build bench strength.
• Ensure gracious, quick, and efficient service for customers; model positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Other duties as assigned.
