Crate and Barrel is seeking a Team Leader – Design Services & Trade to direct daily operations of the design and trade business and coach the team to deliver outstanding service and sales results. You will lead the design desk, oversee appointments, and partner with the Design Coordinator to optimize client experiences.

You will mentor staff, drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, and contribute to store KPIs to maximize design services performance through effective leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.

Responsabilités

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on exceptional performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department/work area.
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide timely feedback about performance to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow company systems, policies and procedures including loss prevention, security and safety guidelines.
