Job summary

Crate & Barrel seeks a Team Leader – Design Services & Trade to lead daily operations of the design and trade business, coach the team, and drive sales goals. You will manage design desk operations, partner with the Design Coordinator, and support business development through Trade and pipeline management.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, training on product knowledge and policies, and ensuring exceptional customer service while meeting store KPIs and design service performance.
