Job summary

You will spend significant time on the sales floor guiding customers and associates, promoting sales, and maintaining a strong leadership presence to meet store objectives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong presence in the department.
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide timely feedback about performance to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
• Understand and apply company systems, policies, and safety guidelines as outlined in the Associate Guide.
• Promote sales as they pertain to the Leader On Duty (LOD) role.
• Communicate regularly with the Assistant Store Leader to review results and feedback.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick and efficient service.
