Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator (TCSC) to join our team. This role supports manufacturers, payors, and strategic partners with operational excellence and enhanced client service.

The TCSC collaborates with the Specialty Trade Account Executives to drive growth, retain programs, and ensure high patient and client satisfaction. Remote-friendly with opportunities to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Policy.
• Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or health care industry preferred.
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute plans.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client program meetings to provide status updates and resolve access issues.
• Pull reports and present data-driven summaries to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure plans exist to meet guarantees and debrief internal departments when needed.
• Serve as primary daily contact for client tasks and requests.
• Assist with implementation of assigned clients and escalation handling.
• Travel to client sites or on-site meetings up to 10% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.
