Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The TCSC will support manufacturers, payors, and strategic partners, co-develop long-term account strategies, and work with the Specialty Trade Account Executives to enhance client service and patient access.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of operational experience in specialty pharmacy, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or health care industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals; excellent communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings to provide status updates and resolve access issues for clients.
• Pull reports and deliver data-driven presentations to manufacturer and payor clients.
• Ensure plans exist to mediate unmet guarantees and debrief with internal departments.
• Serve as primary point of contact for daily tasks and status inquiries.
• Support implementation of assigned clients and escalate issues as needed.
• May travel to client sites or onsite meetings up to 10% of time.
• Other duties as assigned.
