Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The TCSC will manage operational support for manufacturers, payors, and strategic partners, coordinating with the Specialty Trade Account Executives to enhance client success and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include client communications, data-driven reporting, and ensuring service excellence. Travel up to 10% may be required, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and problem solving to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related area.
• Prior experience in specialty pharmacy or healthcare operations is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while prioritizing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client program meetings to provide status updates and resolve access issues.
• Pull reports and prepare data-driven presentations for manufacturers and payors in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Serve as primary contact for daily tasks, requests, and status inquiries.
• Support implementation of assigned client programs and escalate issues as needed.
• Occasional travel to client sites or meetings up to 10% of time.
• Contribute to achieving client retention and satisfaction.
