Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The TCSC will manage operational support for manufacturers, payors, and strategic partners, coordinating with the Specialty Trade Account Executives to drive client satisfaction and growth.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in specialty pharmacy operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 10%. Lumicera offers comprehensive benefits, 20 days PTO, parental leave, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of operational experience in specialty pharmacy or health care services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of PBM, specialty pharmacy or health care industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.
• Proficient PC skills; Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet.

Aufgaben

• Participate in client program meetings to provide status updates and resolve access issues.
• Pull reports and prepare data-driven presentations for manufacturers and payors.
• Ensure plans to address unmet guarantees and debrief with internal teams.
• Serve as primary contact for daily tasks and client inquiries.
• Support implementation of assigned clients and escalate issues as needed.
• Travel to client sites up to 10% as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
