Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The TCSC will manage manufacturer, payor and strategic partner relationships, supporting account executives and driving operational excellence for client programs.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of operational experience in specialty pharmacy, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to enhance patient access and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Valid State Driver's License and automobile policy.
• Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or healthcare industry preferred.
• Strategic thinking to prepare and execute business plans.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client program meetings to provide status updates and resolve access issues.
• Pull reports and deliver data-driven presentations to manufacturers and payors.
• Act as primary liaison for daily tasks and client inquiries.
• Support implementation of assigned clients and resolve escalated issues.
• Travel to client sites or meetings up to 10% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
