Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The TCSC brings 3+ years of operational experience in specialty pharmacy and acts as a liaison with manufacturers, payors, and partners to deliver exceptional service and patient care.

You will co-develop long-term account strategy, support the Specialty Trade Account Executive, and work with teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure client satisfaction. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking ability and ability to prepare business plans.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize client needs.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Support management of manufacturer, payor and strategic partners requiring enhanced operational support.
• Co-develop long-term account strategy and support the Specialty Trade Account Executive for assigned clients.
• Provide status updates and resolution of access issues with clients and patients.
• Pull and present reports for strategy and performance reviews with clients.
• Act as liaison between Lumicera and clients to drive operational excellence and growth opportunities.
• Handle escalated client issues and support client implementation.
