Lumicera Health Services seeks a Trade Client Services Coordinator to enhance operational support for manufacturer, payor, and strategic partners. The role co-develops long-term account strategy and supports the Specialty Trade Account Executive for assigned clients, driving exceptional service and high-quality patient care.

The TCSC liaises between Lumicera and clients to support operational excellence, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related area.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile policy.
• Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or healthcare industry preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve objectives.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize to meet client needs.
• Strong team orientation and client-service drive.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office, Email and Internet.
• Adherence to compliance program objectives.

Responsabilités

• Participate in client program meetings and provide status updates.
• Pull and present reports (Strategic Business Plans, VALUE Summaries, Performance Standards).
• Collaborate with Account Executives on data, strategy, and client meetings.
• Ensure plans to mediate unmet guarantees and debrief with internal departments.
• Serve as primary contact for daily tasks and status inquiries, including referral questions.
• Support implementation of assigned clients.
• Facilitate resolution of escalated client issues and requests.
• Travel to client sites or onsite meetings up to 10% of time.
• Other duties as assigned.
