Union Pacific Corporation is seeking a Track Laborer - Driver Eligible in Phoenix, AZ to support the construction and maintenance of railroad tracks. The role requires CDL Class A or B, physical fitness, and willingness to operate heavy equipment while meeting safety regulations.

The position involves unloading materials, replacing rails and components, and ensuring track safety. Candidates must be able to work outdoors in varied weather and endure a demanding physical environment.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required for operating a vehicle with GVWR 26,000+ lbs or during probationary period.
• Experience working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Willingness to pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT) before employment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and move track materials and equipment from rail cars, carts or trucks.
• Replace rails, rail anchors, spikes, ballast, ties and other track components as needed.
• Work with equipment; dig holes and trenches as required.
• Observe track beds and right-of-way for problems or defects.
• Follow safety rules and FRA regulations and cooperate with team.
