Job summary

Union Pacific Railroad is seeking a Track Laborer - Regional to maintain and repair railroad tracks within a designated territory. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure safe, efficient train movement across North America.

The role requires a CDL (Class A or B), physical ability tests, and the capacity to work outdoors in varying weather. On-the-job training and the chance to join a long-standing team are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to comprehend and follow safety rules, bulletins and regulatory documents.
• Successful completion of an English assessment prior to interview.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, contractors and customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational guidelines, and FRA requirements.
• Transport track materials and equipment using appropriate load/unload devices.
