Ontivity is seeking a Civil Foreman in the Colorado Springs area to lead tower site construction activities. You will plan and schedule crew work, oversee safety and quality, and coordinate ground work and installations per customer specs. A strong emphasis on PPE compliance and teamwork is essential for success.

Required are reading drawings, understanding safety procedures, and the ability to manage time sheets and daily logs. Travel and extended on-site assignments are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, job specifications, mounting specs and testing procedures.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to PPE usage and safety programs.
• Team oriented with ability to work in a crew environment.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting and long hours in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work to efficiently utilize crew members and equipment.
• Oversee crew activities, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Assist on overall job including ground work and site installation per customer specs.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good condition.
• Attend permit inspections and lead tailgate safety meetings.
