Job summary

Aero Constructors LLC is hiring a full-time Tower Foreman to lead field crews on tower construction, maintenance, lighting, antenna, and RF line projects in Colorado and nearby regions. The role involves hands-on tower work, safety oversight, and coordinating day-to-day operations with project managers and customers.

The ideal candidate has extensive tower industry experience, leadership ability, and comfort with working outdoors; occasional regional travel may be required, including Nebraska

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the cell tower industry.
• 2+ years in a lead role (Top Hand/Tower Foreman)
• Able to climb and work at heights and lead a crew in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead tower crews on daily field operations.
• Climb and perform hands-on tower work as needed.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade tower systems and telecom equipment.
• Read and follow scopes of work, closeout requirements, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate materials, tools, vehicles, equipment, and daily jobsite needs.
• Enforce safety requirements and manage jobsite safety.
